You must fill out an application online or print out a hard copy application at the link below and submit by mail in order to apply for a credit on your stormwater utility fee. Residents who live within municipalities (like the City of Frederick) are not charged the stormwater remediation fee and are not eligible for credit under this program. You can apply for a 30% or 60% reduction based on your total points. The fee is charged on your yearly property tax in July and only applies if you own the property. The fee will round up to the nearest penny.
